Maths, Business and Computing Intent

Mathematics (including Business, Economic and Computing Maths) is essential for everyday life, including many other subject disciplines and for understanding our world.

In Maths, Business and Computing lessons at South Dartmoor we equip all students to achieve academic success, to reason mathematically and to solve problems through the application of maths.

Our curriculum is set up to model and encourage confidence, enjoyment, creativity and challenge to all students across the disciplines of Maths, Business and Computing, irrespective of prior attainment, so that we can empower all students to achieve their potential.
